Prices For Our Services
The prices of our new homeowner lists are as follows:
Bundles of up to 10 post codes are £67, No VAT. (EG PR1/2/3 - 10)
Bundles of up to 20 post codes are £134, No VAT
Lists above 30 post codes POA
The lists are available on either a password protected website or as a CSV downloadable file (spreadsheet). You can receive them monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly.
Our mailers are in the form of A5 postcards, they have a high gloss finish and we use a set template for each category. We can insert your particular business details on them along with any free offer you wish to include.
The cost for these is approximately £40 for the initial design of the mailer, then each individual printed mailer costs 33p each with another 36p each to post them (saving you 18p over a 2nd class stamp). This is dependent on quantity.

It may be that you just want the new homeowner lists and you don`t want to use our mailer design and posting service. This is fine but we do recommend that you do use the service as this will give you a very professional look and give you the best chance of gaining new clients.
Prices For Mousemats & Coasters
The prices for the Mousemats are as follows:
1 to 50 Mousemats of 1 Design = £3.75 each + VAT
51 to 100 Mousemats of 1 Design = £3.70 each + VAT
101 to 500 Mousemats of 1 Design = £3.50 each + VAT
For larger quantities please ring for price.
The repositionable coasters are often ordered along with the mousemats and the prices for them are:
1 to 50 Coasters of 1 Design = £1.50 each + VAT
Artwork / Proofing: If HJS create artwork then approx £50 - £80.00 extra + vat, but this can vary depending upon requirements.
Annual update for the calendar 2017 to 2018 etc will be £15 + VAT
No jobs will proceed to print unless final proofs are approved via email.
Carriage via Royal Mail / TNT will be AT COST extra delivered under plain cover will be at cost - mainland UK only.
Share The Cost = Reducing The Cost
If you know or work with another trade category then why not share the print and mailing cost?
So for instance if you are a Private Nursery owner and you have a carpet fitter husband, or if you have used a fitter to fit out the nursery you may want to share the cost with them. Or if you do Wet Rooms, you may know or work with another trades category that does not conflict with yours, such as a Conservatory company. You can then purchase the lists and mailers together to reduce the cost for you.
