Prices For Our Services

The prices for our new homeowners data are as follows:

£67 for a Bundle of up to 10 post codes in England & Wales only, PER TRADING CATEGORY, No VAT. If multiple bundles over 5 were ordered then it would be POA. 

Bundles of up to 20 post codes are £134, No VAT

Data above 30 post codes POA.

Definitions:

A “Bundle” is up to 10 postcodes ordered in any given 1 month per 1 trading category:

For example in August 20??  >>> As the printer you take our monthly trade service and using your exiting B2B and B2C customers (past and present) you introduce for instance a landscape gardener (i.e. x 1 trading category) client using for example  SN1 ??? / SN2 ??? / SN3 ??? SN4 ??? SN5 ??? etc up to 10 postcodes = £67.00 per trading category.

If you then wanted to bring on board x 3 other trading categories (potential to group up the print and mail sort) that would cost £67.00 x 3 = £201.00 (pro forma)

It is essential we do this because each trading category is protected using our guaranteed EXCLUSIVITY clause.

So that landscape gardener will be the only landscape gardener promoting their services in those postcode areas they selected.

There can be no overlap of the same trading category in any given postcode – ongoing so long as that category customer continues to subscribe to the Blue Ocean Trade data service.

Your customer who subscribes to your Blue Ocean Trade Service guarantees their Exclusivity and locks out their competitors, so it is your decision which trading category you select, in any given postcode bundle.

The data is available on either a password protected website or as a CSV downloadable file (spreadsheet). You can receive them monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly.

Our mailers are in the form of A5 postcards, they have a high gloss finish and we use a set template for each category with clean mail zones. We can insert your particular business details on them along with any free offer or incentive you wish to include. 

The cost for these is approximately £60 for the initial design of the mailer, then each individual printed mailer costs 36p each with another 40p each to post them (saving you 21p over a 2nd class stamp). These prices are dependent upon print specifications and quantities for mail sort savings.

It may be that you just want the new homeowners data and you don`t want to use our mailer design and posting service. This is fine but we do recommend that you do use the service as this will give you a very professional look and give you the best chance of gaining new clients.

Mouse Mat Prices

The prices for Company Branded Repositionable Mouse Mats are as follows:

10 to 50 Repositionable Mouse Mats of 1 Design = £3.80 each + VAT

51 to 100 Repositionable Mouse Mats of 1 Design = £3.50 each + VAT

101 to 500 Repositionable Mouse Mats of 1 Design = £3.20 each + VAT

Coaster Prices

The Repositionable Coasters are often ordered along with the Mouse Mats and the print prices for them are:

10 to 50 Repositionable Coasters of 1 Design = £1.00 each + VAT

51 to 100 Repositionable Coasters of 1 Design = £0.80 each + VAT

101 to 500 Repositionable Coasters of 1 Design = £0.60 each + VAT

Dimensions: Repositionable Mouse Mats 25cm x 20cm / Repositionable Coasters 93mm x 93mm.

Artwork / Proofing: If HJS create artwork then approx £50 - £80.00 extra + vat, but this can vary depending upon requirements.

Annual update for the calendar version for the amended dates only for 2018 to 2019 etc will be £47.00 + VAT

No jobs will proceed to print unless final proofs are approved via email using print@hjsolutions.co.uk

Carriage via Royal Mail / TNT will be AT COST extra delivered under plain cover will be at cost - mainland UK only.

Share The Cost = Reducing The Cost

If you know or work with another trade category then why not share the print and mailing cost?

So for instance if you are a Private Nursery owner and you have a carpet fitter husband, or if you have used a fitter to fit out the nursery you may want to share the cost with them. Or if you do Wet Rooms, you may know or work with another trades category that does not conflict with yours, such as a Conservatory company. You can then purchase the data and mailers together to reduce the cost for you.
